- Once reviewed, patients will be contacted by reception regarding the next steps.
- Depending on clinical urgency, patients may be seen or spoken to on the same day, within 2 – 3 working days, or booked for a routine appointment.
- Routine appointments are for less urgent requests and are likely to be booked within 2 – 4 weeks.

Home visits
Whilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible. In this respect, if you do need a home visit, you can help us by calling reception between 8.30am – 10.30am.
You may only request a home visit if you are housebound. Home visits may be made by one of our paramedics, not only a GP.
If you believe yourself to be too ill to attend the practice it is more likely you will need to be in hospital.
